Israel’s air force says it has carried out a wave of strikes on Iran overnight, while Iranian media reports new attacks in the west of the country on Monday.

Iran also hit Israel with missile attacks overnight, with the number of people killed in Israel since Friday rising to 24.

Iran’s health ministry reports that at least 224 people have been killed in Israeli attacks since Friday.

Israel began attacking Iran on Friday, hitting nuclear facilities, military sites and populated areas.

Iran has responded with drones and ballistic missiles.
