A Tennessee judge ordered Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s release after he was mistakenly deported, and as he awaits a federal trial for human smuggling. Garcia may still be detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials if released. CBS News’ Camilo Montoya-Galvez reports.
