From Global News.
“She was such a special dog. People would say her eyes could look into your soul. And she was just so full of love,” says Debra Lewis.
After she returned home, Lewis said there was no sign of her 12-year-old dog Lexie who had been by her side since she was a puppy.
“She wasn’t there to greet me which was unusual,” Lewis says.
She found Lexie in the dining room, with a chip bag suctioned around her head.
Global’s Skye Braden-Blom reports.
