Unlike traditional American barbecued ribs, these amazing Tuscan style ribs, or Rosticciana, are grilled quickly over higher heat to a beautiful rusty red, and then drizzled with a bright, lemon and garlic dressing. They are pleasurably toothsome and intensely delicious, proving that low and slow is not the only way to go when cooking ribs. Enjoy!
