After they had been praised by business magazines and Wall Street analysts, their presence across America and Australia had exploded to several hundred locations and tens of thousands of employees. However, their monumental rise was then followed by a slow, depressing fall, ultimately declaring bankruptcy in 2017. Join me in this video to find out why.
