Jeannette Jara, former Labor Minister under Gabriel Boric’s government, addresses supporters after winning the Chilean ruling coalition’s primary, becoming the bloc’s candidate for the upcoming general elections in November. With 93% of the votes counted, Jara was securing 60% of the ballots, according to official data from the Electoral Service (Servel).
