Rescue and recovery crews will be back on the scene Sunday in the Texas Hill Country, two days after catastrophic flash flooding swept through the area, killing at least 51 people including 15 children. At least 27 young girls from Camp Mystic, a Christian summer camp for girls, are still reported missing. NBC’s Ryan Chandler reports for Sunday TODAY.
