Russia launched another major attack on Ukraine overnight, officials said. The airstrike is the latest escalation in the more than three-year war, and came after President Trump said the U.S. will resume sending weapons to Ukraine following a brief pause. Mr. Trump also criticized Russian President Vladimir Putin in a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday, saying, "I’m very unhappy with him." CBS News’ Ramy Inocencio and Natalie Brand have the latest.
