U.S. President Donald Trump has introduced a new challenge to trade talks with Canada, threatening 35 per cent tariffs on Canadian imports starting Aug. 1. This new threat comes just days before Canadian officials had hoped to secure a new trade deal. Jackson Proskow has tonight’s top story.
