President Trump said he is disappointed with Russian President Vladimir Putin over his continued strikes on Ukraine. Mr. Trump threatened secondary tariffs against Russia on Monday if a ceasefire isn’t reached within 50 days, and said that NATO will buy weapons from the U.S. to send to Ukraine.
