A reportedly stolen plane brought traffic at Vancouver International Airport (YVR) to a standstill for more than 30 minutes on Tuesday. Richmond RCMP say a Cessna 172, a small passenger aircraft, was taken from the Vancouver Island area. The lone pilot landed safely at YVR and was arrested.
