President Trump and Fed Chair Jerome Powell clashed publicly Thursday, this time over a construction budget.

Trump claimed the Fed’s HQ renovation would cost $3.1 billion, while Powell said it’s $2.5 billion and accused Trump of counting an already-finished project.
