A study in The Lancet suggests that cuts to USAID could result in the death of 14 million people over the next five years. This week we take a look at the devastating effects of the Trump administration’s decision to shut down many global aid programs. On the ground reports from Ghana and Kenya show the real-life impacts of these projects, and what will happen in their absence.
