A massive explosion shook an apartment complex just outside the nation’s capital. Stunned neighbors watched from the safety of their apartment, as firefighters quickly responded. People thought it must be a bomb, but it turned out to be the result of a car on fire. Authorities say an electrical malfunction sparked flames that ultimately burst the car’s gas tank. Thankfully, no one was hurt in the scary incident.
