President Trump acknowledged the presidential immunity ruling from the Supreme Court would likely protect Barack Obama from Trump-fabricated “treason” charges. However, Trump pointed out this ruling would not necessarily protect Obama’s former staffers. As George Conway warns, current ICE agents and Stephen Miller would do well to remember that immunity does not apply to members of the current administration.
