Dalton De Micheli, an 8-year-old Arizona Diamondbacks superfan, had an unforgettable night on Chase Field after he got to meet and spend time with players. It was organized by the team and our friends at KPNX 12 News in Phoenix. Dalton, who’s had multiple procedures for a congenital heart defect, was overcome with joy after meeting his favorite player, Corbin Carroll. NBC News’ Hallie Jackson has the story.
