The Texas state legislature is set to vote on a new state congressional map as soon as this week after President Trump told state Republicans to redraw the lines to help maintain a GOP majority on Capitol Hill. State Rep. Christian Manuel (D-TX) joins Christina Ruffini to explain why he and other Democrats would be willing to postpone the vote by physically leaving the state altogether, even if Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton threatens to arrest them.
