In northern Manitoba, child welfare workers are sounding the alarm over the deaths of young adults, they say are being swept under the rug.

They are linked to a program run by a First Nations child welfare agency meant to help First Nations youth transition from foster homes to independent living.

But as Melissa Ridgen reports, some on the frontlines say they are being set up to fail and no one is being held responsible.
