From MSNBC.
The Trump administration has proposed revoking a scientific finding that has long been the central basis for U.S. action to regulate greenhouse gas emissions and fight climate change. EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said repealing the finding “will be the largest deregulatory action in the history of America."
"Science Guy" Bill Nye joined Jen Psaki on The Briefing to explain why the EPA overturning this rule is a big deal.
"Carbon dioxide is a gas that is both good and bad. And Mr. Zeldin and his colleagues have embraced the idea that it’s only good," Nye said. "He’s wrong. They’re wrong. What they’re talking about is inappropriate."
