Another hostage video was released by Palestinian Islamic Jihad showing 22-year-old Israeli hostage Rom Braslavski also looking emaciated. NBC News’ Matt Bradley speaks to the brother of Evyatar David, who says doctors are telling him it’s “a matter of days” if he is unable to receive the medical care he needs.
