Some of President Trump’s closest allies are expected to attend a dinner at Vice President JD Vance’s house tonight to craft a unified response to the Epstein files. Sources familiar with the meeting say those set to attend are White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, Attorney General Pam Bondi, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, and FBI Director Kash Patel. NBC News has not yet confirmed this meeting. NBC News’ Monica Alba and MSNBC’s Lisa Rubin report more. MSNBC Political Analyst Eugene Robinson and former prosecutor Kristen Gibbons Feden join Chris Jansing to discuss the uniqueness of this gathering.
