Passengers aboard Royal Caribbean’s "Icon of the Seas" cruise liner screamed in panic after a section of acrylic glass broke off a water slide mid-ride.

Water cascaded through the damaged panel as guests shouted for cruise ship staff to “stop the slide!”

Royal Caribbean said one adult guest was injured and is receiving medical care; the slide was shut down pending investigation.
