The parents of a transgender Alabama teen who died by suicide are now suing the Elba City School District, where they were enrolled. The parents argue that the district ignored claims by their teen, referred to in the lawsuit as "S.W.", that they were being bullied. CNN has reached out to all parties named in the lawsuit for comment on those allegations, and has not yet heard back.
