A tourist from New York, identified as 25-year-old Kevin Mares, was fatally shot over the weekend while visiting Puerto Rico for a Bad Bunny Concert. Police say the shooting happened in La Perla, a shantytown near Old San Juan, when several people began arguing and one pulled out a gun and shot at least three people. Mares was reportedly an innocent bystander. No arrests have been made.
