Outraged locals protested against a traffic checkpoint on 14th Street, Washington, DC on Wednesday night, as President Donald Trump’s takeover of the city’s police entered its third night. A DC police commander said that the checkpoint was a quote, “routine” operation, a claim which residents strongly denied.
