Carol Levine, an Air Canada customer stranded in Barcelona, says it was almost ‘impossible’ to reach Air Canada customer service to find a way back to Montreal. This comes as Air Canada began cancelling flights on Thursday ahead of a potential strike that could see more than 10,000 flight attendants walk off the job.
