From BBC News.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said Russia is "complicating" efforts to end the war by rejecting calls for a ceasefire and continuing its military operation.
Presidents Trump and Putin failed to reach a deal during talks in Alaska on Friday, though the Russian leader described the meeting as "very useful".
The US president said he wants to bypass a ceasefire in Ukraine, in favour of a permanent peace agreement.
Zelensky was not invited to the US-Russia summit, but is due to meet Trump in Washington DC on Monday.
