The U.S. and European Union released new details of their trade deal Thursday, announcing tariffs on pharmaceuticals, lumber, and semiconductors will be capped at 15%. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas joined Morning Joe to welcome the agreement while cautioning, “There are no winners in trade wars. In the end, the consumers end up paying higher prices.”
