Bryan Kobel says an Uber driver refused to take his service dog and attacked him. The driver reportedly told cops he’s allergic to dogs. Kobel is now suing the driver and Uber claiming the driver "was not legally in the United States" and his license “was fake.” The driver’s lawyer says his license is legit and “the video doesn’t tell the full story.” Uber says while it can’t comment on pending litigation, it is “deeply committed to safety” and” there is no place for violence” on its platform.
