From Global News.
Summer is off to a sizzling start in Toronto as a “dangerous” heat wave settles in over Ontario and Quebec.
Heat warnings put in place by Environment Canada for southern and eastern Ontario – and western Quebec – are expected to stay in place until Tuesday with temperatures expected to peak in the mid-thirties in both provinces.
Because of humidity it will feel well above 40 C in some parts of Ontario and Quebec.
Global’s Lexy Benedict has more on the heat wave and how people in Toronto are coping.
