Days after a near-miss between a Delta regional plane and a military bomber in North Dakota, radar shows Aeroméxico flight 1631 nearly landed on top of Delta flight 590 on a runway in Mexico City while the Atlanta-bound plane was starting to take off. The planes came within about 200 feet of each other.
