A shocking end to a cold case in the close-knit community of Taber, Alta.

After more than five decades, a cross-border police investigation confirming wanted fugitive, Sharon Kinne, had been living in the small Canadian town.

The late Kinne was tried in three killings before escaping from a prison in Mexico.

As Global’s Jordan Prentice reports, her whereabouts may have remained a mystery forever – if it wasn’t for an anonymous tip.
