From DW News.
Russian officials say a passenger plane carrying 49 people has crashed in the far eastern Amur region. The burning fuselage of the aircraft was spotted by a helicopter shortly after it lost contact with air traffic control and disappeared from radar. The Antonov AN-24 turboprop plane operated by the airline Angara was traveling from the city of Blagoveshchensk on the Russian-Chinese border to the city of Tynda. It’s not yet clear if there are any survivors.
