A new report from a US think tank, the Centre for Strategic and International Studies, says attrition is weakening Russia’s military strength, predicting it will reach a million casualties within weeks. That’s more than double that of Ukraine’s estimated losses in the three-year war. Other military analysts point out that Ukraine’s casualty figures could also be much higher than reported.
