Arizona Sheriffs Use K9 to Help Find Missing Boy in the Desert

With the help of their K9 bloodhound, Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office deputies found a missing 5-year-old boy. The boy was a non-verbal autistic child, according to Fox 10 Phoenix, and he chased his dog into the desert. Sheriffs relied on their bloodhound, named Piper, who picked up the boy’s scent off a car seat and a pair of socks. Piper tracked the boy for about 45 minutes before he was discovered.
