The gunman in the deadly shooting outside the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Atlanta headquarters had no known criminal history, but had left a written note expressing his "discontent with the COVID-19 vaccination," the director of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said in a news conference Tuesday.
