Just released body camera footage shows midtown Manhattan mass shooter Shane Tamura interacting with Las Vegas police in September 2022. Tamura had just won $5,000 gambling at a casino, but police were called after he refused to identify himself or show ID to collect his winnings and shoved a casino worker. In May 2023, Police pulled him over for driving without a license. In August 2024, Tamura’s mother called 911 to report her son was having a bipolar episode.
