Bolivians wait in line outside a polling station in Laja, some 40 km from La Paz, as more than 7.3 million citizens are called to vote to renew their highest judicial authorities, in the third judicial election in the country, the only one in the world to elect its top magistrates by popular vote, although Mexico will begin to do so in 2025.
