Video from inside the eye of Hurricane Erin was captured by U.S. Air Force Hurricane Hunters last week. The 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron flew into the then Category 5 hurricane with windspeeds as high as 250km/h to collect weather data. Erin continues to move towards the East Coast of North America but has been downgraded to a Category 2 storm.
