Britain’s Queen Camilla visits a school in Rome, meeting with students and teachers while accompanied by Italian Education Minister Giuseppe Valditara and the school’s headmistress. At the end of her visit, she was presented with a pizza Margherita — named in the 19th century for another queen, Margherita of Savoy. A stunned pizza delivery woman, Federica Viola, said it was "surreal" when she arrived and saw the queen.
