One teen became the latest victim of what appears to be escalating attacks on humans by animals. A sea lion chomped down on Phoebe Beltran’s arm. The assault left more than a dozen puncture wounds. Beltran was swimming 25 feet off the shore in Long Beach, California, when she suddenly felt the sharp pain of teeth biting down on her arm. The teen was rushed to the hospital. She spoke to Inside Edition’s Jim Moret.
