Canada’s political leaders took a dig at Liberal Leader Mark Carney during the French-Language debate on Wednesday evening, by saying they buy their own groceries and no longer buy U.S. strawberries. Carney was asked if he still buys U.S. strawberries in a recent interview on a Quebec talk show and responded that he doesn’t buy his own groceries.
