Canada’s Prime Minister Mark Carney, alongside President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Ukraine’s Independence Day, said in Kyiv on Sunday that he would not rule out the possibility of Canadian troops being deployed in Ukraine as part of future proposed security guarantees, the framework of which is currently being worked out by Ukraine and its allies.
