Claire Saffitz is an American food writer, chef, and YouTube personality. She is also a former contributing editor at “Bon Appétit” magazine where she starred in a series of videos called “Gourmet Makes”, in which she created gourmet versions of popular snack foods. She has since published a cookbook, “Dessert Person”, and is presently hosting her own YouTube channel.
