The Georgia Bureau of Investigation identified 30-year-old Patrick Joseph White as the suspected shooter who killed young police officer David Rose outside the Centers for Disease Control headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, on Aug. 8. A neighbor says White previously expressed anti-vaccine sentiments and believed the COVID-19 vaccine made him sick.
