From Global News.
Celine Dion is alerting fans to the spread of AI-generated songs falsely attributed to her.
In a statement posted on Instagram, her representatives stated that these recordings, which have surfaced on digital platforms, are not part of her official discography.
While specific songs were not named, recent AI-generated covers—including a gospel track and duets with Whitney Houston and Charlie Puth—have gained millions of views.
Dion joins other Canadian artists, including The Weeknd and Alanis Morissette, in facing unauthorized AI recreations, fuelling calls for legal reform.
