Communities in central Texas are reeling from devastating weekend flooding. Authorities report conducting dozens of rescues by helicopter. Search and rescue teams and volunteers have been combing the banks of the Guadalupe River, looking for survivors and victims. Officials say the death toll is over 80, and several people are missing. In the flood’s path was Camp Mystic, a girl’s camp. Authorities say at least 27 campers and counselors died.
