🌸 Japan’s cherry blossom season is here. The Japan Meteorological Agency officially announced the start of the cherry blossom season in its capital city Tokyo on March 24 after observing a benchmark tree at Yasukuni Shrine. This year’s announcement comes five days earlier than last year.
