At Al-Rantisi Children’s Hospital in Gaza City, the sounds of war and medical devices are drowned out by laughter, music, and bubbles. A group of clowns are here to bring joy to hospitalized children.

Gaza’s Health Ministry has released records listing that more than 15,000 children were killed by Israeli fire in the past year and a half of war in Gaza. Many more have been wounded or orphaned.
