Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, who headed Russia’s radiological, biological and chemical defense forces, was killed in a bomb attack in Moscow on December 17. A source with knowledge of the operation told CNN the attack was carried out by Ukraine’s security services. CNN’s Fred Pleitgen reports from the area of the attack.
